CANTON – A slow start to the preliminary round of the 2024 Mini Chowder Cup ended in fine form for Boston Hockey Club (White) on Saturday afternoon at the Canton Ice House. They closed out their 2010 division opening round slate with a 6-0 win over Hockey Club Elite.
Boston went for threes aside in their victory, lighting the lamp thrice in each of the game’s halves. Liam Philbrook, Nolan Pelletier and Jackson Reposa in did the scoring in the first. Jackson Angello went for a pair and Collin Hakey put away his second of the tournament to account for Boston’s second half goals.
Angello’s two goals tied him with teammate Teddy Brown (2A) for most points in the game. Ryan Knox earned the shutout in the Boston net.
