FOXBORO – The Ohio Prospects came to Massachusetts and made a strong start for themselves as they defeated Boston Hockey Club, 4-1, on Friday morning in ’07 Division play early at the 2021 Mini Chowder Cup.
A Sam McAfee goal late in the first made it 1-0, and then a goal by Tobias Tilley and a pair by Travis Lefere early in the second made it 4-0 in favor of Ohio.
Travis Pellechia’s goal for Boston at 16:36 made it 4-1, but that is as close as the local squad came. Netminder Logan Linsz kept his Boston Hockey Club foes off the board the rest of the way to preserve the 4-1 Ohio win.
