Foxboro, Mass. — Between The Buckets 2013 secured the 2013 Division Mini Chowder Cup title with a 3-2 victory over FCA Hockey 2013 on Sunday at Foxboro Rink 2.
GAME HIGHLIGHTS:
Between The Buckets 2013 seized the early momentum as Luke Campbell (#96) found the back of the net twice in less than a minute, giving his team a quick two-goal cushion.
FCA Hockey 2013 responded before the break. Brandon Bush (#85) got FCA on the board off an assist from Tyler Gilbert (#87), and Tanner Bedwell (#43) later tied the game with help from Hunter Rotz (#53).
With the championship hanging in the balance, Luke Campbell (#96) completed the hat trick to restore Between The Buckets 2013’s lead, scoring what proved to be the game-winning goal.
FCA Hockey 2013 continued to press for the equalizer, but Between The Buckets 2013 held firm defensively to preserve the one-goal advantage and capture the 2013 Division Mini Chowder Cup title.
