ROCKLAND – TCB Hockey South opened up their 2009 division slate at the 2023 Mini Chowder Cup with win on Friday morning. They defeated the NS Tiger Sharks 3-1 at Lovell Arena.
All the action came in the game’s first half. TCB took the game’s first lead on a Cedric Patry goal. The Sharks tied it up on a Justin Harrington goal, but a pair late in the opening half put TCB ahead for good.
Boston Borello broke the 1-1 tie and then Noah Nunan added the insurance to give TCB a 3-1 lead at the half that lasted all the way through the game’s duration.
